Account hold request

Account holds are intended for unique circumstances like extended travel or a medical situation. They are not meant to stop billing while on vacation. We hope you understand the administrative burden this can create.

Why would you like to put your account on hold? *

Members may put their account "on hold" one time per calendar year.

Holds must be in one calendar month increments, and for no longer than 1 month in a 12-month period.

Account holds will include a set end date (or return date) within this 1 month period.

Wodify will pause your membership and generate your next auto-payment when hold request is placed. Your membership will pick back up where it stopped and your pre-hold payment will be applied to your next auto-payment once your account is active again.

Members will be billed their next scheduled monthly payment upon our receipt of hold request. This payment will be applied to their first payment upon returning. Your return date will become your new monthly billing date if it is different from your current one.

Auto payments will resume one billing cycle following set return/expiration date and will continue until membership is terminated.
