CrossFit Jacked specializes in bringing the unordinary into your workout. The beauty of it is that anyone can do it. From beginners to everyday athletes, CrossFit Jacked delivers to its members extraordinary results.
What are the extraordinary results? A great community of athletes pushing you to do your best every workout, experienced coaching and top programming.
Whether you’re new to CrossFit workouts or are a seasoned vet, we have the class for you. Classes are scaled according to your individual level. In our group setting you can expect to be challenged by other athletes and you may even surprise yourself as you do nothing but get better each and every day.
If your goal is to lose weight, we’re here to help and guide you. With meal plans available and nutrition guidance you’ll be part of an experienced group of like-minded people who strive for their desired fitness level every day.

A few years ago I thought CrossFit was just some fad. I knew nothing about it only having heard the name on occasion. My mind was closed. I was stuck in the same old way of doing things and didn’t allow myself to believe there were other ways of 1) losing fat. 2) building muscle.
My overall fitness was something of a high school romance. It was an on-again, off-again relationship for many years. This was my relationship with fitness until I met CrossFit.
Since becoming a part of the CrossFit community, I instantly found my passion. Knowing first-hand how CrossFit can transform your body, I decided to leave my cozy accounting job as a CPA and to start CrossFit Jacked in order to help others reach their fitness goals.
CrossFit is more than a form of exercise, it’s a mindset. Exercise alone doesn’t change your body. It takes exercise, nutrition and mental toughness to make any change. CrossFit gives you the mental strength and confidence to allow you to achieve anything you put your mind too.

Why CrossFit Jacked?
Be a part of a growing community. Join the ranks of other like-minded individuals who are all trying to achieve the same things. If you’re new to CrossFit, our gym is your oyster (Yours to enjoy!). Learn from others that have been where you are.
Expect to be held accountable. When it’s Wednesday evening and you’ve had a long day at work, the last thing you want to do is go to the gym. Who is going to push you? Let the CrossFit Jacked community be your push.
Our coaches are CrossFit Level 1 certified and have learned the methodology of CrossFit to help athletes like yourself get in great shape. All of this while doing it in a safe, controlled environment.
At CrossFit Jacked, classes are run efficiently with one goal in mind. To help our members get in shape and do so efficiently as possible. This means time is not wasted. Group classes last 1 hour and are broken down as follows:
- 5-10 minutes: Group warmup with coach
- 15-20 minutes: Strength or Skill Work
- 10-25 minutes: Workout of the Day
We’re human. As such, we enjoy variety. What’s the problem with most fitness programs? It’s the lack of variety. This is where CrossFit Jacked is different. We incorporate powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, calisthenics and gymnastic-type movements into your workout.
Incorporating compound lifts and movements like these will increase your heart rate, speed up your metabolism and help you ultimately lose weight. Envision your body burning fat all day. What will you look like? How will you feel? Let CrossFit Jacked help you get there.
